March ended on a high note with the latest contract win for Alienation. Following a tough 3 way pitch, Alienation secured the contract to redevelop the web site for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice in Glasgow. The hospice brings comfort and care to hundreds of terminally ill patients - most with cancer - and support to their carers and families, often through bereavement. Alienation are delighted to be offering their support and services for a valued cause. The end of March saw the launch of the 2004 Scottish Software Awards and the SSA web site. Developed for Targeting Innovation, the fully content managed site was completed in record time - just 2 days! Alienation were runners up at the 2003 awards in the Best Business Plan of the Year category. This years categories include Start-up of the year, Innovative Product of the year, Marketing Excellence Award, Software Company of the year and Corporate Software Team of the year. Finally, Alienation have been successful in securing the contract to redesign and develop the websites for Forrest Furnishing and Macdonald Furnishing. The 2 new sites will be launched in the summer.
