SolutionAlienation developed a visually appealing site that uses imagery throughout to give the audience a virtual experience of the stunning resort. A challenge for Alienation in developing a site with large imagery was to take into account the varying screen size of all the people viewing the site. The development team ensured the images would be scaled down proportionately and that anyone resizing their browser would see the image size change as fluidly as possible. ResultsThe new website has helped enhance Auchrannie's reputation as a top Spa destination as the online presence is now much more in-line with the quality of the resort. The site continually performs well with an average of more than 700 visits every day (for the period April-Oct 2011) and is a key tool for the sales and marketing teams to promote the resort to it's full potential.
