Brief

Gordon & MacPhail came to Alienation looking for a web platform that is as unique as the brand is and that would present the range of whiskies they have to an international market.

Solution

Alienation developed a new online presence for Gordon & MacPhail to compliment the celebrated launch of the Glenlivet 70 Years Old which, at £13,000 is the world’s most expensive single malt. The website featured an interactive micro site for the “Generations” range with a storyboard that charts the 115-year “liquid history” of the company and its whiskies.

Results

Gordon & MacPhail’s new website welcomed 1,000 visits on the day of launch and more than 3,000 visits in the first week, from 63 countries worldwide including the US, Canada, Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands.
