Alienation Digital is delighted to have been selected to create the new Venue Cymru website, following a string of successful Tessitura integration projects.

Venue Cymru, based in North Wales, is a leading conference and live entertainment venue, which attracts audiences from across the UK. The company has utilised its existing website to promote shows, events and link to a ticket sales hosting site for several years. However, recognising the need to bring ticket transactions in-house and update the image and functionality of its site, the venue asked Alienation Digital to create a modern new website that integrates with the Tessitura ticketing software.

The new site will effectively communicate with and involve its target audiences; promote the venue, facilities and shows; and have the capacity to process ticket sales online. Alienation Digital’s team will work with Venue Cymru to identify rich, meaningful content, which Alienation will then optimise for search engine efficiency. Clean design and seamless integration with Sage Pay and Tessitura software will then facilitate the ticket booking process, allowing customers to not online purchase tickets online but also select their specific seat and update seat availability instantaneously. These advanced technicalities will enhance administration, management and overall system control.

Ultimately, Alienation Digital will create a site that combines the flexibility to develop and update site content and structure internally, according to Venue Cymru’s needs, and a logical and visually appealing navigation system.
