BriefIf Only… offer a wide range of luxury hotels and travel experiences in Arabia, Indian Ocean and South East Asia for customers who are looking for an indulgent holiday. The new website had to reflect the If Only… brand as a premier provider of bespoke travel experiences and build on from the existing design to provide a visually stunning experience for visitors. SolutionA Vacation Manager component was developed to give If Only… full control over the large number of hotels they offer and provide a centralised area for all information to be stored and easily edited. The Vacation Manger has a number of specialised filters that enable the hotels to be pulled through to different areas of the site. Alienation developed a new interactive feature on the homepage which displays bold Hotel, Destination and Offer of the Month calls to action. All managed from the Vacation Manager, they provide a strong visual and informational impact for visitors to the site. A rotating banner displaying a range of stunning photography on the hotels pages, gives visitors an exciting visual experience and a taster of both the hotel and destination. Alienation has created a component that automatically re-sizes images as they are added, thus further facilitating If Only…'s control over site content. If Only… can also maintain fresh content and communicate more key messages to visitors through a Latest News feed on the homepage. ResultsVisitors to the site for the 3 months after launch were up 41% when compared to the previous 3 months.
