Another fantastic London contract win, with Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation choosing Alienation Digital as its digital agency of choice.

The Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCTMO), established in 1996, has responsibility for managing 9,760 properties in London. Working closely with the local council the organisation aims to bring the properties up to the Decent Homes Standard and covers all areas of landlord business.

KCTMO

Alienation Digital has been selected over other high profile agencies across the UK to develop an efficient and engaging intranet for KCTMO, which will facilitate internal communication, administration, and streamline business processes. Alienation’s extensive expertise with Joomla and strong portfolio of work in this area made it the obvious choice for the job, having recently worked developing intranets for clients such as CHAS, Maclay Inns and the Beatson Institute.

The first step for this project will involve holding stakeholder consultancy workshops to establish the company’s needs and generate the most proficient solutions for this unique case. These workshops will also aim to better inform stakeholders on the process and functionalities involved with the new intranet system. From these sessions Alienation Digital will then create an intranet tailored to KCTMO’s specific requirements.

Anna Bowden, Communications Manager at Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation, said; “We chose Alienation as we feel they can give us an innovative and fresh approach to a complex project. We’re particularly encouraged by the user consultation programme David and Simon offered, as this is hugely important to us.
