All of our work is driven by the Alienation8™ process. This helps us to get inside your project, understand your business, and build for your end users. Project Management is the method that keeps this process on track.

We use Teamwork Project Manager, an online software application which allows our clients to keep up to date with exactly how their project is going, no matter where they are. It even has an iPhone app so you can get updates on the move.

Clear Definition & Scheduling

Once the strategy is in place, we create a detailed Project Definition & Schedule document (PD&S for short). The PD&S is the blueprint for your new online home, and includes a full specification of everything we will build, from features and bespoke functionality, to wireframes for key pages and elements.

Clear definition at the beginning of a project allows us to ensure that the client knows exactly what they are getting, when it will be delivered, and with a fixed price. No surprises!

One Central Point of Contact

We never underestimate the importance of consistency in a project and we always provide a dedicated project manager to act as the main point of contact throughout. The project manager attends every meeting, supports clients through the key milestones, gives advice, and provides technical support and training. Our clients benefit from having a dedicated project manager to look after their needs at all times.

Sign Off and Testing

Every key milestone in your project involves a sign off process for you to indicate that you are happy to move on to the next stage. As we prepare sites for launch, our approach to testing is as thorough and careful as our digital strategy process. After all, there's no point of a strategy without attention to detail in the critical final stages.

Before we launch, we provide clients with a link to their development website, an online document that lists the elements that need to be tested, and a checklist for performance across browsers and devices. Our process ensures that all testing issues are funnelled through as few people as possible, enabling us to work effectively towards an efficient project launch.
