Creative digital agency Alienation Digital has developed a new high-end website for SimplyTools supported by a holistic digital marketing plan combining search engine optimisation, social media integration, pay-per-click advertising and email marketing, to launch as a new online retailer targeting a nationwide market.

The SimplyTools team brings a wealth of experience in the trade and industry tools market to the online space, where it will focus on providing exceptional service to DIY fanatics and trades people across the UK.

The sleek new website utilises advanced filtering technology to categorise and refine browsing options for a user-friendly experience. In addition, Alienation has created a dedicated trade section that provides customised results and special offers to individual groups of independent trades people.

The website also boasts buying guides to assist the DIY-dedicated in making informed buying decisions. Moreover, the site aims to establish an interactive community of trade professionals and DIY fans, whereby they can access advice and information through up-to-date integrated social media, such as the company’s own YouTube channel and Twitter feed.

Simon Bennison, Digital Marketing Manager at Alienation believes that; “This is just the beginning for Simply Tools. The platform is there, all of the ingredients are in place, and it will be a combined effort over the coming months to implement the strategy and achieve some real results.”

Ewan Parish of SimplyTools, said; “Working with Alienation has been a great experience. They are a friendly, professional team who have exceeded our expectations in the design and build of simplytools.co.uk”.
