Each card can include your company logo and we can also send out emails to your database of contacts. How your Emails can look as they arrive in your client's mail.Now you have your own corporately branded eCard, you need to send it to your contact list. Alienation can do this for you by sending out our stylish personalised email (see below) to all your contacts. Once sent, we will also send you a report giving details of who received and opened the email and who clicked through to the card. How does the process work?Option 1 - You want Alienation to send out the postcard with the link to your xmas card.

FAQs 1. Are there any hidden costs? No. As long as you're looking for one of the eCards above and have one logo to insert, there are no other costs. 2. How many eCards can be sent? If we are sending the card (recommended) we can send it to as many people as you want. There is no restriction or extra costs depending on the number sent. If you're sending the card, obviously you can send it to as many people as you wish. 3. How long does it take to set up? We normally require around 4-5 business days to process your order. Obviously the closer we get to Christmas, the busier we get, so get your order in early. 4. Why can't I send the card WITH the email? Email software is not as good as web browsers when it comes to handling images and animations. Many will not open Flash animations and many businesses will not let Flash emails through. Some will not even let images through. To ensure your card gets seen by everyone you send it to, it is best to simply send a link to the card. 5. How do I send the cards myself? If you wish to send the cards yourself, we can give you the images and code necessary to set up an email template in your email software (e.g. in Outlook). If you're not comfortable with doing this, we would highly recommend that you get Alienation to do the sending. 6. Do prices shown include VAT? No. VAT is charged at the standard 15% on top of the prices shown. Please note: Purchase of a branded eCard includes a non-exclusive non-transferable right to view and link to your customised eCard for a period of 12 months only. |
